Mollie's a Crawler

OK, so she is not yet perfect at it, but she is getting the idea and so now I have to vacuum and sweep everyday, YUCK! But she is sure a quick little thing. She combines the rolling, sitting, creeping and crawling to get anywhere she wants to go.

I'm Done

Well, I have to report I have completed my 45 hour online IDLA training. YEAH!!!!!. I finished today and so I am now just waiting for my teaching assignment. So to summarize, this summer I did a 15 online training, a 3 day conference in Nampa and a 45 hour training and I have finished it. I really enjoyed what I learned and am very curious and anxious for the next step. Wish me Luck!

A Friend from the Past

Today, Tyler and I had a visit from a good friend from BYU college days, Travis Lovell. He was my best friend and my sister Carrie's boyfriend for a little while. Anyway, he was traveling through on his way to Oregon from Provo and called to see if he could stop in and say hi. Of course, I was very excited to see him as it has been over five years since the last time I had heard from him. It was so much fun to catch up on old times and to hear what new things he has been up to.

Everyone deserves a little treat!

OK, this is kind of silly, but I just tried this last night and it is so good, I had to pass it on. I was having one of those, "I need a break, I'm leaving and I need to go get chocolate" days, so I did and this is what I found, the mint one, not the regular one. Try it if you haven't.

Serious Dilemma

VS.

Ok, so I am having a serious mental conflict and it has been going on for the last couple of months. Here it is. Reagan is starting school in two weeks from today and I hate it. I hate it, I hate it and I hate it. To him, of course, I am thrilled and excited because Kindergarten is the greatest thing on earth. But inside, I hate it. I cried last night just thinking about it and that was not the first time and I know it won't be the last. (In fact I am getting a little bit teary eyed right now). Well, the conflict comes in here. Tyler and I get to go to the Josh Groban Concert in Salt Lake with a couple of my sisters and their husbands on August 28th, the second day of school. I am so excited about this concert and I can't wait, but every time I get excited and want to count down the days, I realize it makes it closer to Reagan going to school, and I think I have established how I feel about that. Do you see my dilemma?, I want to be excited for Josh Groban, but I really don't want school to get here. What do I do? This may sound very petty, but it is a big battle in my head right now!

Larsen Family Reunion

Here is the whole clan at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building waiting for the Joseph Smith Film which we all loved. Cute shirts, huh?

Hogle zoo was a blast, the kids' favorite animal was the penguin!
We loved the swimming, well most of us, Mollie had a tough time and I think she may be more of an indoor girl.

The best part for the kids was a ton of fun with the cousins, Emma, Eli, Kate and Avery.
We had such a great time at the Larsen Family Reunion up at Wolf Creek Resort in the Ogden Canyon. We spent almost a week playing, swimming, relaxing and laughing. Thanks everyone for a great week.
